This package includes detail gathering meetings, timeline creation and vendor management, as well as rehearsal and ceremony coordination. It is designed to ensure a stress-free wedding day for you, your family and friends. The unparalleled coordination service provided to you is tailored to your extraordinary wedding day vision.

For smaller weddings of 30 guests or less, this is the one for you! Heather provides resources for vendor recommendations and professional knowledge starting the day you secure your date. This package includes detail gathering meetings to perfect your wedding day vision, timeline creation and vendor management for your intimate celebration​. Your micro wedding deserves that same elegant, polished execution as any other ceremony and reception.​​

​A popular option for the couple who wants to forego the large gathering and celebrate with their closest loved ones... or the couple who has separate locations for their ceremony and reception, but only needs assistance during the ceremony. This package is designed to ensure your planning process and wedding day are as stress-free as possible. Heather will manage vendors and décor setup, as well as coordinate the ceremony from start to finish.​

This package will include all "Wedding Day Coordination Package" services, except for ceremony setup and coordination. Perfect for the couple who is eloping or are already married, but still want to celebrate with friends and family afterwards... or the couple that will not need any assistance with the ceremony on the day of and only needs a helping hand for the reception.
